Shelby was recommended to us by a friend of ours. She helped us work through the pros and cons and budgeting of buying vs. building in the city of Boulder. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and generous with her time. We ultimately purchased a "fixer upper" (which is what we prefer to then be able to personalize it) within our budget with amazing potential. Shelby made the entire process from viewing, to purchasing, to hiring contractors very smooth. She continually checked in to make sure we had what we needed, that we felt good about where we were in the process and what we should be planning for next. This was not our first home purchase. Overall, Shelby is exactly the type of realtor we like to work with. I would highly recommend her for both first time buyers and experienced buyers. As long as we live in Boulder, she will be the realtor we will choose to work with.
