I had been searching for an investment property in Boulder for almost two years and had not been successful in finding anything that worked for me. When I told my agent that I also wanted to start looking for a primary residence, I soon realized that what he was showing me did not at all parallel the wants and needs and requirements that we had discussed. The last straw was when he tried to talk me into a home that was clearly not to code. I was introduced to Shelby, and I was shocked at the difference that the right agent makes. Within only a month, I was the owner of an investment property. She showed me the right options for my primary residence, even talking me out of homes that were overpriced, and pointed out issues with homes that I would not otherwise see. I am now the owner of 4 investment properties and am eager to make an offer on my primary, thanks to Shelby. She takes the time, looks after my best interests and not her own, and is friendly, warm, professional, and extremely sharp. I'm very thankful to my friend for talking me out of my first agent and into trying Shelby!!!! I highly recommend her!!
