My wife and I decided to go with Rob to sell our house and also buy our new house at the same time. The whole process of trying to sell a house and buy a house at the same time is never an easy process, however Rob really did make it as easy as possible. He was able to sell our house in only 6 days! One thing that I did love was that Rob was VERY easy to get a hold of. He answered phone calls quickly, responded to emails very quickly and if he wasn't available, he would return calls pretty fast. Any sort of questions or concerns we had, he was always more than happy to take care of and help us as much as possible. He was extremely patient! He also only showed us houses we were interested in rather than just taking us to any available house knowing we had no interest. If we ever sell our house again, we will be using Rob (The Measer Team), hands down. I will also recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a house.
