During the red hot housing market this summer, my wife and I started looking for a house. With the help of Rob Measer, we were able to purchase our first home! Being that this was our first time through the process, Rob walked us through every step along the way. Any sort of question or uneasiness was responded to and handle quickly and professionally. Rob was able to walk us through different houses and educate us about what to look for. After we had set our sights on a few properties, Rob made sure that our offers were very competitive but still within our budget. During the closing process Rob was there every step of the way answering all of our questions ( even if they did not pertain to him) and guiding us along. We were very happy to work with the Measer team and look forward to working with them in the future.

My wife and I decided to go with Rob to sell our house and also buy our new house at the same time. The whole process of trying to sell a house and buy a house at the same time is never an easy process, however Rob really did make it as easy as possible. He was able to sell our house in only 6 days! One thing that I did love was that Rob was VERY easy to get a hold of. He answered phone calls quickly, responded to emails very quickly and if he wasn't available, he would return calls pretty fast. Any sort of questions or concerns we had, he was always more than happy to take care of and help us as much as possible. He was extremely patient! He also only showed us houses we were interested in rather than just taking us to any available house knowing we had no interest. If we ever sell our house again, we will be using Rob (The Measer Team), hands down. I will also recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a house.
