I am UK based and was looking to buy a property in Naples Park. From the first contact, Dirk could not have been more helpful; I had limited time available in which to find a property and so Dirk did a lot of preparatory work before I arrived in Florida and provided details of suitable properties and arranged a full itinerary of viewings. During the whole week, Dirk made himself available to suit my time scales and we were successful in finding the right property. Dirk was then able to guide me expertly through the process of making and offer, instructing the Title Company and even opening a bank account. Nothing was too much trouble and Dirk made what could have been a very stressful process easy and enjoyable. Prior to closing Dirk again made himself available, as I was back in the UK, assisting with the various inspections and even to the extent of sending me a YouTube video of a walk through of the house. Again, post closing Dirk has continued to provide guidance and assistance with contractors of all sorts, even to the extent of checking the property for me while work is being done. Knowing he is around and available to help gives me great peace of mind and is so much more than I would ever have expected a Realtor to do after the deal has closed and his fees paid. In summary, Dirk has gone far beyond that which I would have expected and continues to do so - with good humour and expert knowledge at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.
