My wife and I recently moved to Athens from S Georgia. I haven't lived in Athens for 40 years, but needed to sell my elderly Dad's property near Five Points. I had less than 2 weeks to find an agent and get it listed before I returned home overseas. I searched the web for RE agents.After interviewing 4 agents, the choice was clear. Scott knew both the residential and commercial markets -- this property was residential but zoned commercial-office. He told me just what I needed to know without a needless sales pitch. He was prompt, courteous, quick to follow up via emails and texts without the wasted hubris of others. Two agents suggested low-ball prices; while one agent high-balled it.
