We came to Athens because my husband had a job interview there. We wanted to take a tour of the Athens real estate market, and a local friend recommended Ceci Churchwell to call for that. She was fantastic. We only gave her a couple of days' notice about our visit, but she met us at a convenient location according to our schedule and took us around in her (very comfortable) car for 2+ hours. She gave us a very thorough overview of what we would be dealing with if we moved to Athens. She told us objectively all about local public and private schools since we have an 8-year old son (and she has, I believe, 3 or 4 kids, so she really knows she topic) and filled us in about many aspects of life in Athens. We felt that she really "got" us and she made us feel so comfortable. She gave us much-needed info on way more than just real estate. The house tour was a great experience for us, and we would highly recommend Ceci as a real estate agent! We didn't end up moving to Athens because of job circumstances, but if we ever did, we would immediately call Ceci!
