Mr. Trevino's expertise about the process of selling and buying a home was extraordinary. He did not sugarcoat anything. From paperwork, forms, who we would talk and deal with was explained in full detail. In a step by step manner and well in advance. I never felt I had to question he's knowledge about the whole process of selling and buying a home. Mr. Trevino's responsiveness was awesome. We communicated by phone and/or text, mainly by phone. He would respond in a very timely manner. Which I loved. He was always in contact with us making sure we understood what was coming next & always had an answer to our questions. I was extremely impress with Mr. Trevino's negotiation skills. On selling our home the buyer actually went up $4,000.00 more of the asking price. Which I thought was awesome. On buying our new construction home he was able to drop the asking price $12,000.00!! Yes, $12,000.00! Isn't that awesome?! He truly worked hard to take care of he's clients. Plus he even negotiated for blinds and yes we got them also. He is just terrific! Mr. Trevino's knowledge about the location of the house we sold was great. He did his research & knew just how much to list the house. Mr. Trevino has integrity, he is assertive, honest and very easy to talk to. Those are the best qualities to have in a realtor in my opinion. The sell and buying process took a little over a month! I loved it!!!
