I had the pleasure of meeting Ashton Larsen a few weeks ago when I was looking for an office space to rent. I called a realtor in hopes of getting some information and thankfully Ashton was the guy that took the call. I told him what I was looking for and 30 minutes later he emailed me a list of about 6 different commercial storefronts in town that I couldnt find listed on the internet anywhere. The next day I met Ashton at his office and we spent probably 6 hours together driving to and looking at the spaces until we found the perfect one. The next day Ashton and I met again to sign the lease and the place is mine. In the six hours that Ashton and I spent together looking at spaces I got to know him and he is one of the most impressive people Ive met. Hes a young guy who has found his niche(hope I spelled that right). He really loves what he does and hes good at it. But what struck me the most about Ashton was his character. Ashton Larsen finds job satisfaction in helping people find the best place they can afford. His commission at the end of the day is basically whatever is leftover after hes done making sure that his clients are completely taken care of in every way. If youre buying or selling anything property related you need to call Ashton. If you call anyone before calling Ashton you are making a mistake. I know this review sounds like it could have been written by his mom but its not. My name is Philip Mcginty and It was important to me to write this because Ashton made 0 dollars off me. There was no bill for services from anyone. I left my name because I stand by every single word Ive written.
