Working with Alvin was a amazing experience. As an out of state buyer looking to relocate to Washington from California, I found myself a little overwhelmed with looking at listings and properties, so I was grateful to be introduced to Alvin and 253 Realty. After a few phone calls and some really in-depth conversations regarding my needs and wants, Alvin was able to compile a list of over 40 available properties. After going through each of them with me individually, Alvin helped me narrow the listings down to properties that appealed to me. The very next morning a new property listing caught my eye. I immediately phoned Alvin, met up with him at the property for a showing, submitted an offer, and by 9pm the seller accepted my offer. Alvin truly went above and beyond to facilitate the purchase, and was with me every step of the way, from the inspection to the closing. Thanks to his knowledge, dedication, and drive, he has made my dream of owning a home in the Pacific Northwest a reality. Thank you Alvin, you?re a star!

This is a review that is LONG overdue lol I started speaking to Rob Cole at 253 Realty around 2016 looking for a house, to get out of our endless cycle of renting apartments in Lakewood. January this year, I finally went in, and he was able to refer me to Troy Taylor. My wife and I were far from the best customers, we didnt have much money in our pocket, and were very picky in what we wanted, and only wanted VA approved homes. I am a mechanic, wanted a good garage and good home insulation to prevent family from hearing my air tools, and my wife wanted space to hula hoop and dance indoors. This isnt all we asked for, we did not make it easy lol. Troy was able to get us into a house by APRIL, when my lease ended in my apartments. We looked at countless houses around my work and college schedule, he was always available via text, call, or through the app they recommend in their office. He even kept in contact after the sale, and still does to this day, which is above and beyond what is expected of him/ in his job description. Troy was able to help me find an affordable house, helped negotiate with the seller flawlessly, and did much more for us than i have the time to list. We cannot thank him enough for his time and effort and I HIGHLY recommend at least talking to 253 Realty whether you are just planning on buying a house in the near or distant future. They WILL keep in touch, and WILL find you what you want. Even though this is their job, this kind of loyalty and commitment cannot be found ANYWHERE else in the Tacoma area. Love these guys. 5 out of 5. And once again, thank you Troy and Rob :D
