Andi found us our current home, and it hurts to admit it! I thought that I was so on top of it by scouring Redfin any time a new listing popped up, but Andi found us a "coming soon" listing that had not hit the market yet. There weren't any pictures posted online at the time, but it was in an area that was on our list and so we asked her to set-up the appointment to see it. Once the house hit the market it was a feeding frenzy! Arriving at the property for our appointment, another couple had just finished seeing it and their agent was buttering up the listing agent as they left. I knew that we were in for a battle. As we walked through the house, it was difficult to keep my composure because, "I knew." My husband and I had been looking for 1 year and 3 months (but only 2 months with Andi). I whispered to Andi, "Andi, this is our house!"Andi then took on the difficult task of guiding us through the offer process; we were so stubborn! Once we were open to her experienced advice and strategy and put forth our strongest offer, we just had to play the waiting game.Ultimately, after much anticipation, we received the phone call from Andi with an accepted offer just before Christmas!Due to the crazy shortened timelines in this competitive market, most of our home inspections took place on Christmas Eve morning - but Andi was there with a smile and positive attitude! I felt so bad that she had to work on a holiday, but Andi just takes everything in stride.Before finding this home, we searched all over the Los Angeles area: Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Inglewood, Windsor Hills, Leimert Park, Westchester...etc. because we were truly open to all of these areas and Andi drove to meet us at every single one of our potential new homes, no complaints.Andi will guide you through this process with the most positive attitude, armed with her plethora of real estate experience whilst listening to you during each and every appointment in order to help you find the home that you have always been looking for (with hand sanitizer, gloves and booties for you to be safe during COVID to boot!)!Andi is a wonderful friend and an amazing real estate agent!!!What are you waiting for?!

Andi has been a dream come true! Think of all the qualities you look for in a real estate agent: knowledgeable, attentive, smart, professional, assertive when needed, honest, and with your best interests in mind, and SHE DELIVERS! Andi was so patient with my husband and I. We didn't know quite what we wanted, and what we did love, we couldn't afford. She got us a home we didn't think had a chance getting. Every time we saw a house we liked or had an issue during escrow, she was on it. The process of buying a home was stressful (especially with the mortgage companies these days), but Andi was like a shield who fought for us with grace, of course, and got us into our new home :) I highly recommend her. For those of you who haven't used a Realtor yet and are new to the home buying world, it's a jungle out there and having a good real estate agent matters much more than you realize. Very few real estate agents exhibit even some of the qualities listed above, but Andi has them all.
