I know Jamie Yiang for a long time. I didnt call her because I did not want to be a burden to her. After 6 months my listing expired with another Realtor, we connected through mutual friend. One reason I could not sell my house condo was because Homeowners Association was in pending litigation. At that time, other Realtor was looking for only cash offers. Therefore hardly anyone showed my condo. I took off my condo off the market three months later, but former Realtor didnt cancel my condo listing and also didnt remove the supra lock box for a long time. They even lost my house key. I had to call them many times to remove the supra lock box. When Jamie Yiang took over, she even presented me decorating ideas and helped me to install new mirrors. Her team called to find out about the litigation details and talked to HOA, lenders & Anaheim City attorney. She found out that this litigation was not a threat to safety concerns for buyers and that buyers could obtain conventional financing. I was misinformed by the former realtor and didnt study the pending litigation further due to that I could not sell my condo. After my interview with Jamie Yiang, she heard my story, she raised my condo price. Jamie knew the comparables in the area and Comparables were lower than my home value. But urgency of my financial situation was higher priority than comparables in the neighborhood. I had many showings unlike the other realtor and my home was sold at full price and escrow closed early. Her sister, Jane Lee, was also my realtor for my new purchase. Unexpectedly Jane was able to negotiate down on the price for my new home. I was misinformed by other friends in the community but Jane Lee correct the info and I was able to live with my mom. I deal with Jamie Yiang team when you purchased condo in Fullerton.At that time, Khiem explained thoroughly and we enjoyed this condo for last 4 years.Due to that we call Jamie Yiang team again to sell my condo and purchased another home in Fullerton.We were basically rent current home and rent another place but Jamie explained pro and con that we decided to sell our place and purchased another home in Fullerton.If we rent another place, we might has to move within one year again and payment wasnt much differences.When we were selling Fullerton Condo, Jamie gave me ideas about how to show to sell my home and she helped staging her home.Due to that we sold in first week.We purchased home through Jane Lee(buyers agent for Jamie Yiang) representing us and Jane is also Jamie Yiangs sister.Jane Lee was showing homes before I even put the my condo for sale.
