Brett came to us while we had our house on the market, For Sale By Owner. He wasn't the only agent who visited us, but he was the only one to follow up. A few days after coming by our house, he sent a thank you letter along with a few bits of local real estate information. He didn't push us to list with him, or list with an agent period.We had been badly burned by agents in the nearly 3 years we had been trying to sell our home, so we were very hesitant to go with anyone new. In early 2015, we took the leap of faith to list with Brett. Within 2 weeks, a photographer came and took great photos of our home for our listing and we had our first (of 3) Open House scheduled - it had a HUGE turn out! We continued to show our home anywhere from 2 to 4 times a week until we finally sold our home mid-year!During our time with Brett, we never once had to follow up after a showing or Open House. We never had to ask him to market us. We never felt like we got pressured to cut our asking price. He utilized every avenue available to him to get our home out there. When he didn't have an answer to a question, he went to his team and got one for us, quickly. We truly felt that he was working for us!You will not find a better guy in the industry!
