We feel very lucky to have had Ryan Gibson as our realtor in South Carolina. He helped us find the home of our dreams to retire to. We are retiring and moving to South Carolina from Pennsylvania and Ryan made it so easy to find what we were looking for. Even though we were looking for something in a low price range, he still gave us 110% of his time and effort. Ryan kept in close contact with us even when we were back in PA. Once we found the property we loved, Ryan moved quickly and stayed on top of every detail from offer to closing. When we couldn't be there at times Ryan always made sure to be there to represent us and our interests. He contacted us just about every day to let us know what was going on and to answer any questions we may have. Even after our closing, Ryan continues to stay in touch just to check in and see if we needed anything. He just called us yesterday, and when my husband mentioned that we were not able to find a pool store in our area, he said he would find some for us to contact. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone buying or selling a house, you will feel like you are his only client at all times. He gave so much of his time to us despite the fact that we were looking for something affordable to us in retirement.
