Kristine was an immense help in my search to buy my first house. I was coming in with almost no information about how the process works. She sat me down with a flow chart and gave an overview in our first meeting. She referred me to a great Mortgage company and many more referrals along the way. She always responded to me immediately (do you even sleep, girl!?) and was always available to look at houses, even when it was unbearably hot! Even after the sale, she checked up to make sure things were going well and if I had any issues with any of the repairs I had done. Along the way she gave great advice on whether she thought the house was a good idea, and had a perfect sense on the pricing. Helped me figure out what to offer and counter offer and had no trouble calling a listing agent to find out the inside scoop about a house. I will definitely use Kristine for any of my future real estate needs as well as recommend my friends to her.
