Update: Aaron has now helped us with two home purchases and sales over the course of the last five years, most recently the sale of our first house in the Mayfair neighborhood. I'm only more impressed by his level of service, expertise, and compassion in the stressful time that accompanies the major life transition of finding a new place to live. If you're looking to buy or sell a home in Denver, you'll be in good hands with Aaron and his team at 1858. Aaron worked with my husband and I as our buyer's agent from October of 2013 to February of 2014. During this time, he showed us more than a dozen homes in the central Denver area. We made two offers -- the first of which fell through due to problems with a lending agent of legendary incompetence, despite a (I think I am correct to say) heroic effort by Aaron. The second offer led to the purchase of our first home. In both cases, he was efficient and responsive, both to us and to the various parties with whom we had to coordinate. Though the first contract fell through, he was always supportive, providing expertise, coming up with plans, staying on top of the lending agent, and generally being in our corner. He did everything in his power to make us successful during both contracts, and as a resource he is invaluable.
