Craig is a rare find in the world of Realtors. He is truly in it for the client. We looked at almost 50 homes in the course of a little more than a year. And even near the end he was pointing out problems with the homes that I was excited about and bringing up reasons why a home could be a problem. I remember my wife and I though one home was perfect and we were quick to tell Craig we wanted to put in an offer since homes were going fast in this neighborhood. I even drafted the letter for the seller. Craig researched the home and pointed out that they were planning on putting a road behind it taking away a majority of the greenbelt we were looking for. We didn't even go look at it again. Another realtor may have been exhausted by our search and would have just helped us get the home only to find out later about the road.
