Tina Harper was our listing agent for the sale of our home & was also our agent for the purchase of our new home. I'm in the home that was meant for me! I did not have it built, but how my family got to this happy home took patience and working with the right person from the get go. The right person for me was Tina. She is a true gem in her field. I must also share my happiness with two other tasteful and professional folks. The Capshaws, the father who built our home and his daughter who designed everything so as not to leave anything out. WOW!! While this family super duo was building this home I now live in with a big smile, my real estate agent Tina and I were searching for it. She knows her stuff! She is very personable by listening to what I was in search of. She was tactful when she said aEURoeSteve, I dont think you will be happy hereaEUR? on a few occasions. Ultimately, In the end she was right. I waited for the right property with the right real estate agent. She could have taken her commission on more than one instance and I could have settled, but she didnt let that happen.
