After being unhappy with a realtor from a national company, a family member referred us to Jen. That referral turned out to be the single-biggest domino that led to the purchase of our first house four months later. My wife and I loved Jen immediately. She smiles constantly and has a very upbeat attitude. More importantly, as she has spent significant time with home inspectors, she's very knowledgeable as to what potential warning signs to look for. We never felt rushed into a decision with her. In fact, while we were debating the pros and cons of one house, Jen told us that she didn't think it was the one for us.But when our future house did show up, Jen was instrumental in helping us beat a competing offer. She told us an offer that she believed would be competitive, while still saving us money. Further, leading up to closing, she gave us referrals for a lender, home inspector, painter and tiler (for renovations). We did our own due diligence in each instance, but we ultimately went with each of her recommendations because they were all the best blend of being knowledgeable, friendly, and cost-effective.After everything Jen has done for us, we can't wait to have her over for our house warming in a few months. Needless to say, we can't possibly recommend her any higher!
