My husband and I started working with Joe through a colleague recommendation. He was friendly and easy going right from the start and we were very comfortable working and interacting with him. Joe was extremely responsive and available. He responded to phone calls and text messages and worked with our schedules to see homes in the evenings and on the weekends. Joe had an already scheduled vacation planned and left us in good hands with his colleague. Even while on vacation, he was easily accessible and started our process of putting in an offer from Florida. Once we started negotiating, Joe really took over and helped us to navigate some of the tricky situations (we were working with some, at times, difficult sellers). Joe never put any pressure on us to buy a home. He wanted the right house to come along whether it took weeks, months or longer. He was with us through every step of the process from showings to additional time at the house prior to closing, to the final walk through and he even came to our actual closing for moral support.Overall, we would highly recommend Joe. He is extremely easy to work with and he is very available. He wants what is best for you and wants you to find the perfect home no matter how long it takes. Joe will make you a priority and when you are done working with him, he will be your realtor and your friend.
