Joe is amazing. We have worked with him twice now, first to purchase a home in 2017, and most recently to sell that property and purchase our forever home. Joe is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market and what buyers are looking for. He gave great advice about how to prep the home we were putting up on the market to sell. He also was extremely responsive. He answered all of our questions within minutes and really kept us in the loop throughout the selling and buying process. Joe helped us to purchase the home of our dreams by taking us to see it as soon as possible, writing an offer that was fair but also desirable to the sellers, and working diligently with us and the selling agent to ensure that everything went smoothly. I was introduced to Joe by a mutual friend. The year before I met Joe, I tried selling my 2-family but was unsuccessful. The realtor I used at the time gave me a lot of reasons why the house did not sell. I was not sure if I would have luck with the next listing. Enter Joe. From the get-go, Joe provided great counsel on how to get the house to sell. He is extremely knowledgeable about building structures, codes, home improvement processes etc. We had an incredible open house and had multiple buyers lined up. The house not only sold but it sold for much more than I could have dreamed of. The process was long, and Joe took care of the speed-bumps that come with selling an old house.
