Trying to use one word to describe Debbie Cline as a realtor isnt easy. Several words come to mind, delightful, attentive, motivated, passionate, dedicated, etc. I decide to settle on awesome. I put out a request for a realtor to help my wife and I sell a rental property that had been sitting stale on the market for 5 months. After putting out my realtor request, I was bombarded with references. I narrowed the list down to 3 realtors that I planned on interviewing. The first meeting was with Debbie Cline. After our meeting, I canceled the other scheduled interviews. She showed up overly prepared. She presented me with a workup on our property including comps as well as her plan of attack to get it sold. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed. We decided to wait 2 weeks before relisting the property because of a few cosmetic changes that I had to make. She reached out to a few of her fellow realtors and we had our first offer on the table in 3 days, even before we relisted the property. Unfortunately, the deal fell through and I was very disappointed. Her words to me were aEURoeDont worry, I got thisaEUR?. Her confidence was extremely reassuring and true to her word, we had another offer in about 10 days. She was extremely active in the entire process. She even did a few small repairs herself. Her level of commitment and dedication to getting our property sold was impressive. We sold our house a few weeks later just as she predicted. She is truly a great realtor and I recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home. She will far exceed your expectations.
