Lake Tahoe has been my family's vacation spot, in both the summer and the winter, for over 55 years. We are fairly versed on the areas we wanted to buy a home. Ready to finally commit , we were faced with realtors that wouldn't return initial calls or follow up after a showing. All that changed when we were introduced to Jessica Woods. She assured us she was committed to her job and would help us out in any way possible. We are here to say, Jessica Woods is a woman of her word. She went above and beyond helping us find our home. We were at a disadvantage because we lived about 500 miles away. Jessica was willing to FaceTime us as she walked through different properties. She asked us specific questions to hone in on what type of home and location we were looking to purchase. Consequently, when we flew in to see homes of interest it was not a waste of time. Jessica is well connected with builders, contractors and specialists, in the area, who were able to answer specific questions that came up as we looked at different properties. We love our new home! We own it because Jessica Woods was thorough, patient and knowledgable from the beginning of our search to the end.
