We live over 1500 miles from Sioux City, IA. We owned a home there for husbands elderly parents. When his mom fell and was no longer able to live on her own. We had to randomly pick a realtor off of the internet as we were leaving to clean and sell the home. Well the Lord was shining down on me when I picked Mallori!!! She was exceptionally helpful in arrangements prior to our arriving in Iowa and having a network of people available to hire in helping us get this huge undertaking done in the minimal amount of time we had to accomplish the job. She is very learned of the laws and the market and was crucial to assisting us navigate all the various laws, rules and hurdles that wee so radically different than where we live. She did her 'job' way above and beyond the requirements and was very respectful, in regards to the other issues we were having to deal with of the family situation. We never saw her without a smile and an encouraging word! We handed her the keys to the house on Thursday 2 pm and we were on the phone reviewing the 6 written offers on the home and signing the contracts for the offer we chose on Friday at 9 pm from our motel room on our way home. Words will always fall short of the thankfulness we have for picking Mallori and the outstanding job she did for us. Would HIGHLY recommend her for anyone in her territory.

Mallori amazed me from day one. I asked to see a home on sale and within 30 minutes she got it for that same day. Likewise with other showings, actually anything I requested, she acted fast. I asked her to be my realtor and ever since and until the closing day she was available at ALL times even weekends. She responded within minutes to any request or questions I had. She knew the ends of everything, she knew what to look for, who to contact and made things happen as fast as possible. She taught me a lot. She has contacts everywhere and a list to provide if you need an inspection for example (she knows most of them!) . She is also very conscientious and intelligent because she thought about everything I had not even clued it might needed to be done. Always kept in mind others and my interests. I cant say how happy I am and proud to have had such a great and unique person helping me in the process of buying my house. Thank you Mallori!
