Jodi Adams is a super star! She has helped my wife and me purchase our home in San Marcos as well as an investment property in Kyle.As for finding our home: She took the time to understand our needs and wants, then proceeded to help us find our ideal home. Oh, did I mention that she did this in the course of a one week visit? We had lived in Grapevine, TX and were moving to San Marcos. We had several communications by phone and email with Jodi prior to arriving in San Marcos for our house hunting visit. She was amazing. He knowledge of the San Marcos and surrounding towns real estate market helped so very much. She never rushed us or pressured us. She quickly got to know what we each liked and didn't like, so she could refine the list of properties she showed us. On our last day of this house hunting trip, we had made an offer on a home and went back to Grapevine knowing that Jodi was taking care of the details and follow up that we could not do because we weren't there to do things ourselves. The trip we made was to go to closing and move into our new home. Jodi made all this happen in what to my wife and I seemed very smooth. I know she did a lot of work behind the scenes and after hours, but she made it all look so easy.As for our investment property: Jodi knew we were not in a rush, knew our requirements, and keep us updated as she would discover new opportunities. Again, she made it look easy and she worked on our schedule and within our budget. The investment property she found us is just about 5 miles from us and in a great neighborhood. Again, we were quite pleased with all the help and behind the scene work that she did to make it happen.The last thing I want to say is that not only is Jodi a true professional in real estate, she is also a good friend.
