Talk about a dream team! There's no other way to say it-- Norm, Julie Ann, and Whitney are simply phenomenal at what they do. My husband and I were first time home buyers and definitely came into the game at a really difficult time with the state of the current sellers market. When a new listing would pop up, Norm was always available via text or phone call and able to set up a showing super quickly-- usually within just a few hours. My husband and I were pretty picky in terms of what we were looking for in a home and Norm was happy to take us through countless listings, even if it was just to help us learn what we *didn't* want in a house. He was obviously very knowledgeable about things to watch out for, and even steered us away from a home we thought we wanted that wasn't as shiny and great as it appeared-- He is not out for a commission, but truly wants you to be happy in your home. We were out of town when a beautiful house came on the market and he was able to do a video walk-through with us and we felt so comfortable with it that we ended up making an offer from out of state (and, we got it-- yay!). If we didn't trust Norm so much that never would have been possible. Once our offer was accepted, Julie Ann and Whitney were so attentive and helpful with keeping us on track and making sure we did everything needed to get to closing day on time. They made everything so much easier than I had anticipated it being! I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience and am so thankful we chose to work with Norm and his team.
