We recently sold a home with Norm and his team. The experience was fantastic, could not have asked for better service. When I first called the number listed, Norm answered directly and was willing to take time to answer several questions despite even knowing who I was. After this we set up a meeting. Norm came to our house to provide suggestions on what to do to sell fast and review pricing options. He was prepared with a wonderful binder full of all the info we needed to sell our home, even with a breakdown of likely fees and resulting projected proceeds. He went into so much detail regarding comps and past/recent sales. It was so organized and thoughtful. His pricing suggestion was great, even though I suggested a slightly higher sale price. He reviewed the pros and cons of this decision but was very open to my suggestion, which is what we went with. When it came time to list the house his team was so fast at getting our house out on every platform. We had 2 showings within 3 hrs of listing! Both showings wanted to make an offer so we were able to compete the offers and select the best one for us. Norm led us through that process every step of the way. After the offer was accepted the rest of his team took over. We communicated via email but we're always welcome to call. Everyone (Julie Ann and Whitney) were so responsive! The entire process was seamless and easier than I could have imagined. I wish they could have been out agents in the area we are moving too.
