Holly Connors and Michele Sohl are an amazing team and they guided us through the maze of prepping, decluttering, proper pricing, taking responsibility for minor repairs, bringing prospective buyers to our home and the eventual negotiations. We were also in process to move during this time and, in our absence, both worked tirelessly around our schedule to make the process seamless. During our very first meeting, Holly came prepared with so much competitive data about the real estate market that we were literally speechless -- she knew our target market and shared statistics that made us very comfortable regarding her knowledge and ability to deliver. Holly & Michele always listened to our thoughts/ideas and incorporated them into the process. They were also available 24/7 for texts/phone conversations and we were always completely at ease with the process. Holly Kapsa Priestley is THE BEST!No, really: she worked with my wife and I while we were out of state, answered all my stupid questions without making me feel stupid, did many showings including one marathon Saturday where we saw 8 or 9 properties in a row, and cheered us on through a few strikeouts before helping us hit a home run and closing on the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood.I'll be honest: I don't think I've EVER been as stressed out in my entire life as I was during the home buying process, but through it all Holly has been a source of cool, collected reasoning. She was our trusted advisor that helped us to navigate the sometimes choppy waters of an intense housing market during the spring and summer of 2021 into something that felt, more or less, like smooth sailing. We simply could not have done it without Holly.Additionally, every one of her referrals knocked it out of the park! The home inspector, mortgage lender, and legal team that she referred were all amazing and together with Holly at the helm made for a well-oiled machine. In fact, thanks to Holly we found a new lender that was significantly more responsive and easy to work with than our original lender, which is one of those things that helped to make the experience much less stressful.I also want to call out that Holly has a great eye for health and safety, which my wife and I really appreciated since we have four young children and our previous realtor never warned us about the issues with lead paint in our old 1915 home! With Holly, I had no such worries or concerns that we would once again find ourselves dealing with a massive headache or issue that could harm our children.We've been so grateful to work with Holly and we strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
