We just completed a sale and purchase of homes at the same time with the Jim Bass team that only started this past May! Heather Winpigler was our buying agent (she was our agent who helped us purchase the house we were selling), Amanda Daubert and Kim Lund were our selling agents and they all did a fantastic job helping us throughout this whole process! We had a buyer for our house and we had a house picked out to purchase in less than a month. Even when the first perspective buyer of the one we were selling backed out at the last possible moment, it looked like we were going to lose the house that we wanted, but our agents were able to get the house back on the market and within just a few short hours, we had another offer and the house was sold with that offer! This was a very stressful time for me and my husband, but this team was very positive and helped us keep a positive attitude the whole entire time and as stress free as possible! The seller team of Amanda Daubert, Kim Lund, Julie Franck and Jim Bass was awesome! Amanda was our main coordinator and she sat down with us and listen to every concern, idea, and question we had. She worked so hard for us: working evenings and weekends so we can get the best deal possible. She wasn't pushy at all and only did what we were comfortable with. She had great advice and was with us through the whole journey. If she was unavailable for any reason the selling team stepped in to answer any questions. The communication between the team members was so tight that we didn't have to go into much detail for them to know what was going on so that they could find out the answers to our questions. The Jim Bass seller team was phenomenal and we were able to sell our home in good time. Along with the selling team, we also work with the Jim Bass buying team of Tracy Franck and Gabe Retana. They were both so helpful and fought so hard to give us our dream house that it wouldn't have been possible without them! Tracy and Gabe collaborated well with the seller team since we wouldn't have been able to buy our new house without first selling our old one. For anyone who has ever been through the selling and buying process before, knows how extremely stressful it can be, but having the professionals of the Jim Bass group for our realtors made it a lot less stressful! We would definitely recommend them to anyone and can't thank them enough for everything they've done for our family!
