Al is absolutely incredible and fought for us every step of the way in our home buying process (April 2024) to eventually land us the perfect home for our needs in a tight market. In our specific example, we were ready to place an offer on a condominium unit, when Al found and presented to us a unit in the same building that just came on the market hours before at a lower price with a flipped interior. Using that new value as leverage, Al was able to negotiate into an incredible deal for the unit we wanted the most, which ultimately led to a lowered price point that we thought impossible to reach. As a second example, on the day of closing, the seller's NJ law office claimed they never received my initial deposit, Al (rather than my lawyer who passed the wrong HUD numbers along to me) worked the phones that morning to fight for proof of my deposit and orchestrate all parties into the correct numbers to close on time hours later. Al is excellent with communication and fast to respond, and finds the right places to show that match what you're looking for. On top of that, he's just a great guy. We had a pleasure working with him.

I am extremely happy that I ended up working with Alfredo for my recent home purchase. My girlfriend and I weren't referred to Alfredo by a friend or introduced to him through a property inquiry on Zillow. We met Alfredo the old fashioned way - through coincidentally showing up at his many open houses. Over the course of a year, we unintentionally ran into Alfredo multiple times. Sometimes in Edgewater, other times Weehawken or North Bergen. Each time we ran into Alfredo he was just as helpful as the last. He would let us pick his brain, he would follow up in the days to follow with ideas he thought we would like, etc. When we finally decided we were ready to buy, my girlfriend and I knew that we had to call Alfredo because he had spent so much time helping us over the last year without giving up while we dragged our feet. Alfredo helped us negotiate a great deal on our new home and was there every step of the way to support us. Alfredo treated us like we were top priority and we would venture to guess he treats all of his clients this way. Alfredo helped move the mortgage process along for us when we hit the typical road blocks you encounter when using a big bank. Even after the sale was complete, Alfredo has kept in contact, and has checked in to make sure everything is going well or to see if we need anything.Alfredo and his team exemplify great leadership and professionalism.I look forward to working with Alfredo again in the future and referring my friends and family to him.
