I am a first time home buyer and got an appreciation for whats involved in the home buying process while going through it with Chinowth & Cohen REALTORS this winter. Ladonna Morgan worked with me as my real estate agent, she made the process easy and manageable for me. From first contact all the way to closing and beyond, I had incredible support from Ladonna throughout. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and knows specific details about the houses - upsides/downsides of features of the houses etc. She is extremely responsive and never misses a detail when it comes to following through or following up. Ladonna/ Chinowth & Cohen group seemed very resourceful, they had recommendations for lenders, inspectors, warranty providers as well as repair contractors which made the process very easy. She kept me posted about every single detail of any upcoming important dates, events and transactions, and went above and beyond by even arranging for things that I should have been doing on my own.
