Thank the Good Lord (Thank You Lord!) for folks like Mary Ruth Reeves and her team. We were blessed to have Mary Ruth Reeves (The Wall Team) as our Realtor Agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, negotiation skills, follow up and her ability to put folks at ease are the reasons that we HIGHLY recommend her to folks who need to sell or buy real estate. We had never sold a home before and so naturally, we were a little nervous and unsure about the selling process. Mary Ruth met with us on a Monday. She immediately helped ease the nervousness and uncertainty with her friendly and warm demeanor. She explained the selling process very clearly and she came very prepared with numbers, figures and data. Then, after gathering critical information from us, Mary Ruth went to work immediately and organized a team of folks (which included herself) that blanketed us with help to get our house listed and shown. On Wednesday morning of the same week, Mary Ruth and her team had a professional photographer come to our house and take photos. The photos were beautiful and showed the sweetness and warmth of our home.On Thursday afternoon of the same week, our house was listed for sale and right away, we were overwhelmed with showings after showings. The showings were so easy and required very little effort from us because Mary Ruth and her team organized the showings through a centralized appointment showing system. All we needed to do is approve folks (which we received requests via text) who wanted to come and take a look at our house (so easy and not stressful at all).On Friday of the same week, we began receiving multiple offers. Thank goodness that we had Mary Ruth Reeves negotiating on our behalf. She advised us well and we felt like she was truly looking out for us.By the following Monday (thats right aEUR" 1 week later), we chose the aEURoeone offeraEUR? from the multiples and we didnt need to show our house anymore.And now 1 month later, we have closed on the sale of our house (thats right aEUR" 1 month from start to finish to sell our house! Just AMAZING!!). We couldnt have asked for a better Realtor Agent than Mary Ruth Reeves and her team!! She is classy and top notch and we are thankful to her and her team for making our selling experience a great one??!!

Who knew that selling a home could be without stress and relatively aEURoeeasyaEUR??? I sold my home after relocating to another state. My previous Realtor never offered to help. I had to rely on my amazing neighbors to unlock doors for service companies, he harassed anyone performing work on my home and then nagged me daily. He didnt even take pictures until the day I advised I wouldnt be extending my relationship with him! I met Mary Ruth after researching the internet for many days. Her reputation is spot on. She has integrity and is realistic while finding an optimistic approach to pricing and marketing. Within 36 hours of entering into our relationship pictures were scheduled, the listing drafted and a plan was in place!!!
