I want to share what a great experience we had with both Bret and Greg Butler. We had a large house with horse facilities to sell along with a rental house so that we could move across the state. With both properties, the professionalism, guidance and service they provided were A+. With our main house, Bret negotiated a win win for both the buyer and us. We were so happy to get a great price and the option of staying in the house with our horses until our new house was ready. Our rental house got an over the top offer that was the cherry on top. Both houses closed on time and with no surprises, the Butlers track every detail and make sure the contracts close. Selling and moving is never fun, but working with Bret and/or Greg makes the whole selling process as painless as possible. I highly recommend working with them.
