Kaycee Humphrey recently did a drive by appraisal for my home, we contested it with the bank so they sent a realtor out to take picture to submit for additional information (this was considered a "full appraisal". Two attempts and it's still not accurate (Adjustments incorrect or missing). On the second attempt, pulled a property from a different subdivision that's on a pond (our home is lakefront). There is an identical home (same floor plan) to ours that just sold in our neighborhood and that home wasn't even used as a comp. I would not recommend
