I wouldn't recommenced him at all for inspections. He doesn't listen to the client. there was information we wanted to know about certain things in the house and we wanted him to look at specific things that concerned us. He wouldn't even listen to us. He would either argue about it or walk away. He was arrogant and rude. And he smelled awful to boot.
