My job title is ISA (Internal Sales Agent) I receive prospective home buyer/seller leads from various resources. Upon identifying the client's property(s) of interest and further search criteria, I'll assign them to one of our Best (Sales Team) agents. When these prospective clients are assigned to the agent, their property requirements are identified, documented and included within their account profile, so that the agent is completely informed prior to their introduction and the showing of the property of interest. My efforts have contributed to a high turnaround of sales for our team. Included in these results are 100% QA scores and mid 90's scores for Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
