Rivertown Property Inspections, also referred to as the "Best Home Inspectors in Town", is a multi-inspector firm. We are locally, independently, and veteran-owned in Myrtle Beach, SC. RPI has been serving Horry and Georgetown Counties in South Carolina since 2013 and is proud to have expanded into Brunswick County, NC. Here at Rivertown, we are on a mission to raise the standards for Home Inspectors in Myrtle Beach and Surrounding Areas! By doing so, RPI has found a method to the madness and has become an invaluable resource to not just realtors and homebuyers, but mortgage lenders and insurance agents as well! Not only are all our inspectors licensed and insured, but each was handpicked and trained by our experienced General Manager and Inspector Managers. Our inspectors email the report to the buyer and their agent within the same day as the inspection is completed. You will receive an easy-to-read report with images – including a summary page listing out any deficiencies the same day as the inspection completed.
