Professionalism and customer satisfaction are the key to a smooth transaction at the closing table and that is achieved with an experienced closing agent . I am an active closing agent since 1999. I close new purchases, commercial loans, re-fiances, and perform general notary work. I work closely with several National and regional title companies. I cover four counties in southern Michigan, Branch, Hillsdale, Jackson, and Lenawee County. I accept e-documents and have the capability to print legal and letter-sized documents and scan back documents as needed. If your client is unable to travel, I am able to travel to them so they can close in the comfort of their home. I am available for after-hour closings and weekends to fit your client's schedule. There are two satellite offices that can be used for closings. These offer privacy and the capabilities for any additional documents that may need to be printed, copied, and scan backs.
