With hands-on experience managing numerous real estate agencies and construction companies across Tennessee and North Carolina, I have developed a profound understanding of the multifaceted real estate landscape. My passion for the intricacies of real estate transactions led me to specialize in title work. In 2017, I discovered a love for this critical aspect of the business while working as a closing agent. This role allowed me to appreciate the importance of each party involved in a real estate transaction, fostering my belief that every closing is more than a mere transaction—it’s about understanding and supporting the unique needs and stories of buyers and sellers. My expertise extends beyond traditional real estate roles. I served as the Director of Operations for the Washington County Economic Development Council, a position that underscored my comprehension of the integral role real estate plays in economic and community development. This role highlighted my commitment to enhancing local economies through strategic real estate initiatives. I also owned and operated a Virtual Assistant business for nine years, primarily catering to real estate agents. This venture gave me an in-depth perspective on the daily challenges and rewards of real estate professionals, reinforcing her understanding that the industry is far more demanding and complex than often portrayed. My philosophy in real estate emphasizes relationships over transactions. I recognize the emotional and financial stakes involved, whether clients are buying or selling for joyous or sorrowful reasons. My approach is rooted in empathy, treating everyone at the closing table with respect and consideration.
