I have a unique background in the mortgage industry that makes me valuable to my clients. After college I held numerous roles over 15 years with State Farm Insurance. I understand the homeowners policy inside and out, which makes me an asset to my clients. I am also part owner of Van Horn Custom Homes. I have knowledge around the Home building process, costs, lot selection, and construction. Lastly, I was a Realtor for 5 years. I understand the buying and selling process and what it takes to have a smooth and easy real estate transaction for the realtor and buyer/seller, because I have worn every hat in the process. When other lenders are only communicating 9-5 Monday - Friday, I'm available by email, phone, text, or in person 7 days a week. I pride myself on great communication and a timely response.
