We enjoyed it more than we ever anticipated, which is a testament to your planning and the information that you gave us. Ashley and I were a bit overwhelmed when we got to our resort because we still felt like we weren’t really sure if we would be able to get to everything that was planned, but your itinerary and instructions on how to navigate the park helped us tremendously. You took away the anxiety and overwhelming feeling we had and that allowed us to completely enjoy our time with our kids, who had a blast as well! Thank you for all your hard work and effort in making this Disney vacation one that we will always remember! We are planning to go back in a couple of years when Henry is older. “Thank you so much for booking our Disney Cruise and days at Disney World this month!! If anyone is considering a cruise, Disney trip or something similar, you should definitely consider booking through Michelle. If you would like her to, she will coordinate a schedule for your days in the park, amongst other things. We went for a few days this past week. Wait times for the rides were between an hour and three hours. We visited all four parks, rode all the rides we wanted to ride and waited no more than 30 minutes for any ride due to the plan she had for us and how she had the days mapped out for us. It was incredible!! Why not take advantage of her expertise? Thank you so much for the awesome experiences!! We can’t wait until the next trip.”

Very patient and willing to help and answer any questions that we had, her suggestions were great and helpful. "My favorite memory was just the magic that my family experienced seeing all the amazing details of Disney! Everyone loved the rides and your suggestions for which ones to ride when was AMAZING!!! We never had to wait! We loved our resort! It might not be the best food but it was perfect for our family! We only were there to rest and it was a perfect resort for that! Also, the busses were not a long wait! You helped us so much! We liked that we had a plan but not a strict plan! We also got to do everything we wanted to do so that was awesome! Also, the fact that I could text you anytime and you responded immediately was amazing! Your suggestions about where to go first as well as where to stand for the fireworks was the best! You made our family trip so much better because we didn’t have to worry about anything!"

"My favorite memory is seeing our boys so excited at Animal Kingdom and at the hotel. The hotel was amazing. No complaints at all. The actual rooms were wonderful. The resort pools were fun for the kids. The restaurants – we ate at all 3 were great. The activities at night were fun for the kids and I would go back just to enjoy the resort. Everything was wonderful and made wonderful accommodations for us and gave great advice on all the information requested. Thank you for everything."

“Michelle made our wedding planning easy. We had a very tight time frame and she was great at communicating with us and our guests through the process. Other than our actual wedding, our favorite memory was the catamaran ride the next morning. The staff at Sandals Ochi was amazing, professional, accommodating etc. everything from wedding coordination to check in/ transport. Loved it!”

"My husband and I had JOY on our honeymoon and no stress. Michelle communicated SO WELL with us throughout the entire process that everything was exactly as we discussed and she promised. We specifically wanted a room with a full ocean view and WE GOT IT because of her! She worked with us and got us the room of our dreams. We spent our evenings on our balcony watching the ocean from our jacuzzi tub. Absolutely amazing. It was BETTER than we asked for and I know it had to do with her advocating for us and the room desires we had."

"Ms. Jackson was wonderful! She took the time to answer our (many!) questions and gave us time to work through our decisions. The restaurants were great and access to various types of food were perfect. We enjoyed our room as it was close to the beach but very private. The location, resort, and people were amazing. The entire experience was wonderful! We would book with Michelle again and recommend her."

We have used Michelle's services for multiple Walt Disney World vacations over the past 8 years. She is knowledgeable and responsive, friendly and helpful. We've stayed at a different resort every trip and she always knows everything about the resorts, including restaurant info and transportation options for us to get around, not to mention she knows the parks inside and out! She always provides thorough information and encourages us to ask any questions we have. I have referred many people to her who also raved about her services.
