Michael has many years of knowledge in management and maintenance. Michael’s expertise in relationship building, retention, and negotiation skills has built a wide vendor base over the years that will pose a reduction of cost to ownerships. After attending Vincennes University studying marketing and business management, Michael started his professional career in management in 2015. Michael’s management skills have proven to improve cost reduction over the past years. Receiving several awards from his previous employer for his dedication, top manager of the district, region, and then company, his priority is striving to ensure costs are effective and warranted with keeping both customers and owners in mind. Michael decided it was time to take his knowledge and skills into real estate. Becoming an assistant property manager with a property management company was an excellent step. Michaels’ passion for people helps roll over tenant retention. Michael believes if you take care of the owners, listen to the tenant needs, and respond accordingly, tenants will stay. Michael has an active part leveraging his expertise and knowledge by reducing operating expenses. Helping leasing agents and taking an active part of the property management team, Michael can negotiate a win-win situation for both owners and tenants. Michael is a part of homes for heroes helping first responders, police, military, health professionals, and teachers find that perfect home. Michael always welcomes the opportunity to network and develop relationships with vendors, tenants, owners, and anyone he meets. He believes the only stranger is the one you do not speak to. Networking and socializing come easy to Michael. When Michael is not working on site, negotiating pricing, and networking, he can be found spending time with his beautiful wife, Amanda(who is also a REALTOR) and their energetic son, Rowan. Michael enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and working around the house.
