Silver Hammer was recommended by our agent. They did an amazing job and Paul was great to deal with. The communication was excellent, the report very easy to read, and Paul took the time to make sure we understood everything he found during the inspection. I’ve done this process a few times now, and Silver Hammer was outstanding.

I highly recommend Silver Hammer Inspections. We were in need of an inspection for a new home purchase. This requires a tight timeline to be able to identify any potential issues and meet contractual real estate needs. Tim came out promptly and gave us a report virtually instantly. The report was very detailed with pictures and solutions. With this report, we were able to communicate with the sellers and move forward with our purchase safely. Again, I recommend silver Hammer inspections, and Tim did a wonderful job.

The Silver Hammer home inspection process was informative, comfortable and confidence-inducing. We had Matt from Silver Hammer Inspections inspect the crawl space to our home and also conduct air quality testing. The entire process was straight forward and professional. Tim was so very thorough, nothing escaped his scrutiny. He was upbeat, kind and made sure I understood everything he was explaining. He walked me through the entire house and pointed out what the code was and what my house contained. He was clear about what my options were when an issue was found or who I could consult for more information. His report was beyond thorough including pictures and detailed notes that I could keep and that were already sent to the selling agent. I would recommend Tim again in a heartbeat.

Matt was quick and efficient as he inspected the outside of our home and the inside, he thoroughly checked every appliance for proper operation and all lights to verify their operation. He performed a very detailed walk through with us pointing out all the items of note. His written report was complete with well organized and easy to understand and provided both pictures a. Videos of every item. All-in-all this was the best inspection and report I have ever experienced.

Tim inspected my home and did an excellent job. He did his 2 hour inspection, then took me thru the home detail by detail. He showed and explained to me every item. He even took video for me to have a visual explanation. He is very personable and knows what he is talking about and looking for. I would want him to do my inspection for any future home I purchase.

Silver Hammer Inspections were fantastic for my home purchase inspection. Business Manager Aaron is on top of everything with initial instructions and information. Inspector Ryan Chaffin is very detail oriented with making sure I knew what would be inspected and all the optional inspections available. Ryan was extremely thorough during the inspection with my realtor and took the time after to make sure I understood all aspects of his findings – extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Loved their on-line interactions for appointments, printed materials available, and payment. Even Owner Matt Maxwell sent a follow-up email.
