Kelly is our new favorite person. She went above and beyond what we could’ve asked for. She started to get to know us so quickly we could walk into houses together and she’d already know what we were thinking. Kelly would tell us her honest opinion on the houses we looked at and if she thought the house would be a good fit for us. Ronna Tuttle acted as our seller realtor for the home we had owned for 37 years. She helped us in so many ways as this was such a big decision on our part. We have use Ronna in Past and had great success. This time we had a very unique property to sell. We listen to our personal advisors on Value. Then we discuss with Ronna and she really knows the market and strategy. So when we listed it was pure magic right on the first day she had a lot of responses. We were going to do a cut off on a Thursday. We said cut off on Wednesday as we saw it would not change the bids. Also She uses a great photographer that captured the true image of the property inside and out. Pricing was smart let the market dictate. When you need and answer calls are returned fast. Very Professional and she deals with you as your friend.

Luciano served as a great asset in my husband and I\'s first time home buying experience. He was very knowledgeable about the things we didn\'t think about right away (plumbing, electric, heating, etc.). He made sure to inform us along the way of how things would impact our monthly utility costs, and what aspects of property may have an effect on our mortgage (flood zones, solar panels, etc.). He was also just a pleasure to work with the entire time. He\'s funny, and informative while remaining honest and upfront about everything. He has great food recommendations, which is important when you\'re moving because you want to know the local hot spots. Overall he was amazing to have as our real estate agent. When we decided to sell, we interviewed a number of other agents and were so tired of the process that we tried to cancel our appointment with Luciano. He was persistent however, and convinced us to at least look over the proposal and market assessment he had already created. I\'m glad he did. After looking it over, we met with him and he impressed us with his attention to detail, his understanding of the market and his \'plan\' to sell our house. Luciano was great throughout the process - he gave us good advice during the listing and marketing process, he also took our feedback and ideas to heart and was very open and honest along the way. A key criteria for me is to have an agent that is responsive - Luciano was readily available through whatever channel we wanted (text, phone, in person). On the selling side - he did a great job marketing the house, and dealt quickly with every tactical detail throughout the process, and made sure we were educated, comfortable and informed throughout the sale. On the buying side - we were picky. We searched for almost a year, saw a lot of houses (with and without him). He gave us good advice, dogged the sellers and their agents on our behalf and when we finally made an offer - helped us with the pricing so that we got a winning bid. And, like on the sales side, he helped keep everything on track. Real estate transactions can be painful and emotional - Luciano understands that and worked hard ON OUR BEHALF. He was patient with us, even when we weren\'t. I would use him again, and would highly recommend him to others. He definitely earned our trust and I am so glad that we never cancelled that original appointment.

We had to put her condo up for sale. I was referred to Jeri. Not only is Jeri a compassionate woman, but also very intelligent and knowledgeable in her profession. We had many, many bumps in the process of selling and she helped me every step of the way from beginning to closing. This is our second time working with Ronna and every time she has exceeded our expectations. I sold my house in the middle of a difficult housing market for buyers. Lou and I started working together back in March and not until November we had our closing. Lou has the highest level of patience and professionalism. It is very easy to lose patience in this type of market but Lou was always there to keep me on track. We are first time home buyer and Lou was being very helpful with everything and was able to recommend other services (mortgage lender, closing attorney), all of which I used and was also happy with. Lou was very detail with his work and always seems to have time for me with questions and willing to work late at night to make sure an offer would be submitted timely. Ronna knows the Salem market very extensively, and because of this she was able to net me 6K over asking! Only someone who knows the ins and outs of the market would be able to set up open houses for a weekend and have us under agreement by Tuesday. The selling process went seamlessly. We contact Luciano when he answered a question for us on Zillow. We were not feeling taken care of by another agent we were working with. Luciano was able to help us put an offer on a house we wanted in a matter of moments. That house did fall through but he was there answering any question we had. We signed with him and within a matter of weeks we had an offer accepted. He has a great source of information and was always in contact if we had a question. I always felt that if I had a question, he answered it correctly and within moments of me asking. I always felt taken care of and extremely important in my dealings with Luciano. We were introduce to Ronna when we decided to purchase our first home, we were new to the process of buying a home but Ronna made everything super easy and less complicated. The first time we meet with her she was very kind , sweet and helpful she went step by step with us teaching us how to navigate the website where we will find multiple houses for sale. She explain how to make the search easier so we wouldn\'t find ourselves overwhelmed with the process. What we really loved about her is that she made us feel that she really care about us and our needs. She was always asking question on what kind of house we were looking for and so on. Every time a new house came on the market she will txt or call to let us know and if we liked it she will make an appointment for us to see it . One thing that stood out for us the most was that at every open house we went and every house she showed us she always ask the other brokers for questions about the house and made sure we look at everything like water damage or uneven floors , it really surprise us how dedicated she was to help us find our dream home. She demonstrated to us in multiple occasion that she was looking for our best interested and that made us very happy and comfortable to work with her. Once we found the house we loved and decided to make an offer she made an appointment to show us the house once again and explain to us every step to make sure this was something we really wanted and that we made the rite offer. Once our offer was accepted she was always making sure we had everything ready to give to the bank and was always on top of things to make sure everything went according to plan. With her help the process went so smoothly and less stressful . Ronna played a huge role in us buying our dream home and for that we will always be thankful. wel, he is an honest guy in the business and also has experience, he is diligent and always on time for appointments. I never saw him reschedule appointments. The weakest point was the ability to negotiate which I understand could be very tough at times. The seller wants to benefit and the buyer wants a discount for defects and outdated appliances, repairs etc. One can loose an opportunity just like that. Selling Watson Street was a challenge. Where the comps said one thing they did not take into account the specific local environment in terms of the immediate surrounding properties. Luciano went beyond the call of duty by personally reaching out to the owners of neighboring properties to discuss the situation. To potential buyers he highlighted the positives and accentuated the property\'s potential, which given the lack of environment, was really the best feature we could market. There were so many problems associated with the sale, but you know what Enter Ronna Omg she was such a asset to me, she walked me through getting a new heater, and walked me through frozen water pipes, she knew all the resources I needed In the Peabody area to dispose of items and yard sales and Estate sales ! Luciano is a great agent - period. My wife and I were first time home buyers. We were forced to leave our rental apartment in the city on short notice. We got in touch with his office needing to find a house quickly since we have a baby and didn\'t want to search for and sign a lease in another rental. Luciano showed us six homes in one afternoon. He even included some homes we had not asked to see - which was great because he included the one we actually bought.<br/><br/>During the negotiation, We discussed where we wanted the final price to be. He strategized with us on our opening offer, our subsequent offer and within 24 hours we had an accepted price just below where we wanted to be. He knew exactly how to get the sellers to budge on what they said was a firm counteroffer. Other agents might have been afraid of losing the deal.<br/><br/>Luciano responds quickly to calls, emails...you name it. He helped us do a smooth transaction and he identified what we wanted with no more than an initial phone call. He didn\'t make us feel pressure to stretch ourselves or go for something that wasn\'t right for us. And he spent hours with us narrowing down our choices, talking through pros and cons and getting our deal made -all in the first afternoon meeting us. If he is available, don\'t hesitate to choose him as your agent. He\'s straightforward, honest and even willing to take a few phone calls from first-timers like us while he is away on vacation.

We had been looking for a new home with Luciano and it took almost a year but he never lost hope in us, we had a few finiancial problems to deal with and he lead is in the right direction to make our dreams a reality. I would highly recomend him to my friends and family. And to boot, he is a great guy, professionally as well as personally.

Like a few of you reading these reviews, I am/was a first time home buyer. Upon interviewing several real estate agents, I quickly discovered that the scarcest and, therefore, most valuable attributes are sincerity and a willingness to listen. And I am happy to say that Luciano fully embodies both of these essential qualities<br/><br/>. Many other agents whom I interviewed were quick to tell me that I could afford a more expensive home than what I said was my price range. Although, I explained that I understood that while many people (admirably) invest every free dollar they have into their home, this was not the tactic for me - as travelling and other hobbies are important to me. Upon hearing this many realtors were surprisingly condescending - saying I would be naive to not invest every dollar I have into these low interest rates - and as you may find out, they simply refused to hear what I was telling them. Luciano was incredibly attentive and adaptive to however I wanted to approach the process: when I was the casual \'window shopper\', he made small, informed suggestions about potential places to see and did not pressure me with the conventional scare tactics of saying \'prices are only going up; every day you don\'t make a decision, you\'re losing money\', - and when I found the place I loved, he was aggressive and communicative. He put together the offer at a moment\'s notice and promptly returned my phone calls and e-mails. <br/><br/>During the second showing of the house I purchased, I brought along an acquaintances who \'flips\' houses for a living (and therefore has worked with dozens of agents). He made a point to comment on Luciano\'s sincerity, knowledge, and professionalism.<br/><br/>I know many of you see these as just words, but one defining moment of Luciano\'s character is when a competing offer was reported to have come in a few hours after mine, several of my friends and family members told me to increase my offer, just in case. And although I am comparatively quite rational, you\'re emotions inevitably become tangled in the process and, against my better judgment, I was beginning to entertain the idea of increasing my offer. I told Luciano what I was thinking about doing, and this would have been a great opportunity for him to (A) further manipulate my emotions and get me to pay more than what I would objectively pay - thus increasing his commission and (B) ensuring that he could \'turn me\' as a client and begin working with someone else. But he did neither, and advised me to stick to my strong offer; the end result was that I got the place I wanted for the price I wanted. Unlike so many Luciano is not focused on the monthly \'bottom line\' and his primary garner genuine respect and rapport with his clients.<br/><br/>Simply put, he is the perfect person to have on your side during this irrevocably time consuming, emotional, stressful - yet ultimately rewarding process.

Luciano represented my wife and I with the sale of our condo in Boston. He was extremely helpful at every stage of the process and made sure everything proceeded smoothly from staging, through listing and ultimate sale.
