We partner with real estate agents and clients to provide the “wow factor” needed to showcase each property in its best light and get top dollar on the market. We pride ourselves on being a stylish and competitively priced one-stop shop for all of your staging needs! We offer a comprehensive range of services, from consultations for occupied homes to complete room-by-room staging for vacant homes and everything in between. We acknowledge that each property is unique. We own a wide variety of inventory – approximately 50 homes worth of furnishings, decor, and accessories! – and we employ our own team of moving assistants and moving vehicles so that we can offer a quick turnaround for our clients… We select furniture and decor that is not only on-trend and appealing to today’s buyers but is also the appropriate size and style for each property. Our “walk and talk” consultations for occupied homes include a walkthrough of the property and a customized follow-up report with tips on how to arrange furniture, declutter, and prepare the home for sale.
