I am the Escrow officer, Lisa Cruz. I have been in the title industry since 2005, I have been with Vanguard Title since 2017. Vanguard Title is truly a family environment, Best Team I am ever had the pleasure of working with. They have the most empowering personal growth mindset, its contagiously fun!! I enjoy working in title insurance because I get to be a detective, no 2 properties are the same, so we are constantly learning. When I am not at work, I love cooking and walking my dog Ozzy (Australian Shephard poodle)!
