Home Staging Consultation
Starting Price: $250/session
Estimated Duration: 1 Hours
We will walk through the home and take notes and photos and identify the steps that need to be taken in order to get a home ready to sell.
We will provide a report that include tips for: Deep cleaning, De-cluttering, Neutralizing, Repair work and other updates to get your home photo ready.
Design Consultation
Starting Price: $350/session
Estimated Duration: 2 Minutes
We will start with a preliminary phone conversation to determine your wishes for your space.
Next, we will set up an In-home consultation to discuss your style, preferences and ideas (up to 2 hours)
Lastly, we will provide a detailed Design Plan with recommendations and solutions.
Color Consultation
Starting Price: $250/session
Estimated Duration: 1 Hours
We begin with a preliminary phone call to determine your color preferences, style and color sensitivity.
Next, we set up an In-home consultation to review colors and look at your current furnishings and finishes to determine color palette.
Finally, we will send large color samples for you to review.
