My name is Laurie Allen. I am a Licensed Loan Officer with Franklin Loan Center. I help individuals obtain home financing utilizing the various loan programs that best suit their needs. I specialize in VA loans primarily but have a lot of experience with FHA, Down Payment Assistance and standard Conventional Loans. I also can help a person reach their goals of homeownership by aiding them with their credit, budget and finding solutions to any obstacles they may have. I have been in the Mortgage industry for over 21 years. I treat my clients like my family and develop strong, communicative bonds with my realtor partners as well. I love people and I love helping them find their family home.
