Old Republic Title Company

Larry Christian is a Senior Account Executive for Old Republic Title where he has been employed for 35 years. Prior to his career in the title business, he worked in the loan department at Sumitomo Bank. From there, Larry migrated into the escrow business at Transamerica Title. Larry spent over five years closing real estate transactions and ultimately, he became the manager of his escrow office. In 1986, Larry joined a startup company called Lincoln Title and became one of its account executives. As Lincoln Title grew, it eventually was transformed into Old Republic Title, one of four national title insurance companies in the country. Larry has mastered the art of helping close difficult real estate sale and loan transactions achieving his expertise through many, many years in the business. Larry has taught at various real estate class sessions at Mount Sac and Rio Hondo Colleges. He also teaches classes in the area of title and how it affects probates and trusts. Larry along with industry expert Joe Ramos teach classes to real estate brokers and agents helping them sharpen their understanding of probates and trusts in these ever growing and most important areas. Larry is a graduate of Whittier College with a BA in Business Administration and minor in Accounting and Economics. Larry currently sits on the board of directors of the Affordable Housing Clearing House, a nonprofit association which is located in Irvine, California. Larry belongs to the boards of: Citrus Valley Association of Realtors, Pacific West Association of Realtors and Tri-Counties Board of Realtors. Larry has a passion for Music and Stained Glass and teaches how to make stained glass windows, Lamps & Kaleidoscopes on Saturday and Tuesday evenings thru the City of Whittier Parks & Recreation activities put on quarterly by the city.
