Kelly is great to work with! He is spot on with his inspections and goes above and beyond for his clients. He works with other professionals (termite and radon) in the area so it can be a one stop shop. He also does professional measuring, and microbial testing as requested. His reports are timely and he takes the time to go over each item. He also rates his findings with level of importance which is very helpful so clients know what is absolutely an issue and what is needed as maintenance. We highly recommend Kelly for all of your inspection needs.
