On top of helping us secure our forever home, Jen also was extremely helpful in the sale of our old home. Jen held our hand through the process of getting our home listed in a short timeframe and made herself available for all our questions. She worked tirelessly to help us stage our home perfectly. She also was honest with us about pricing and what to expect. Our home sold very quickly and over asking due to her advice and efforts. We are very grateful for Jen; she is a realtor any buyer or seller would dream of working with. She is patient, caring, warm, honest, hardworking, and knowledgeable!

’m not sure that there are enough words to properly convey how lucky and blessed we were to have the privilege of working with Jennifer Starsinic as my parents’ realtor. After 57 years of marriage, my parents decided that it was time to sell my father’s childhood home and move into a retirement community. While knowing that this was the best decision for their health, the thought of them navigating this process, with their closest child an hour away, was concerning. Without personally knowing any realtors in the area, we worried that our parents would be vulnerable without someone trustworthy to guide them. After meeting Jennifer, our fears were soon put to rest. From the very first meeting, Jennifer was friendly, kind, and understanding about my parents’ situation. My parents are not comfortable with technology and would require hardcopies of all documentation in addition to a more personal communication style. I wanted to be included in all meetings and discussions about the process. My parents had a set moving date for their new apartment and hadn’t begun the downsizing process yet. We felt overwhelmed and stressed but Jennifer continuously calmed all of our fears with her cheerful smile, confident assurance, and suggested plans of action. It was a long process, with many bumps in the road, but Jennifer was present, leading, guiding, and advocating for my parents every step of the way. I’m not entirely sure what is normally expected of a realtor, but I am pretty confident that no other realtor would have worked as hard for my family as Jennifer did. It’s almost like she is a member of our family. In one of my many conversations with her, Jennifer even referred to one of the bedrooms in our home by which child slept there when we were younger. That’s how invested she was! While anyone who meets Jennifer will undoubtedly agree that she is a wonderful caring person, her professionalism, knowledge, and expertise were absolutely impressive and crucial to the successful sale of my parents’ home. The staging and pictures strategically highlighted the beautiful aspects of our home in the best possible way, attracting plenty of attention. When failed inspections had buyers uncertain, Jennifer was there for us, ready with lists of contacts for contractors and companies that could help. Her referrals were invaluable, especially considering that my siblings and I were not always available to physically help within certain timeframes. What really set Jennifer apart, was her negotiating skills. Jennifer really protected my parent’s best interests until the very end when it came time to make additional addendums to close the deal. We couldn’t be happier with our experiences with Jennifer and would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a top-notch realtor! Jennifer, we can never thank you enough for all that you have done! We love you! You truly are a saint and a miracle worker!

Jen Starsinic is a pleasure to work with. I wanted to sell my house and was nervous due to the crazy housing market. Jenn's expertise and knowledge made the process easy and stress free. My house was under contract within 2 days after being put on the market. I highly recommend Jenn to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I’m not even sure where to start?! Jen was absolutely amazing in helping me find my new home! As a new widow from Pittsburgh, this was a very difficult decision for me and a very overwhelming process. Jen could not have been more helpful. She was knowledgeable about all of the neighborhoods, was very timely in all of her communications with us, other realtors and even the mortgage company. While sitting at the settlement table, the sellers realtor actually told us that Jen’s persistence in communication is what swayed then to accept my offer vs others. She ended up finding me and my dogs a perfect home in a great and safe neighborhood. Honestly can not recommend her enough!
