Comprehensive home inspection which includes exterior components (ex: roof covering, roof system, exterior siding, windows, doors, porches, attached structures, decks and grading) and interior systems and components (Heating, Cooling, Insulation, Ventilation, Interior doors & windows, Plumbing, Electrical, Structural systems, etc.) When inspecting a home for a new buyer, the buyer should be present and hands-on. Learning about their home will create a sense of understanding, thus allowing for a positive purchase and homebuying experience. A detailed report is delivered within 24 hours, which should further explain any defects, safety hazards and other important issues within the home. In addition to those items, we also include useful resources, tips and maintenance information to help get the new homeowners ready for their new home! Radon Air Measurement

Radon gas (RN-222) is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States. Second to smoking. This gas is odorless, colorless, and tasteless. Radon testing is very easy and provides the clients with an understanding of the homes potential radon levels. Radon testing is performed with CRM (continuous radon monitors) for a minimum of 48 hours. A detailed report is delivered immediately following the testing period.
