Hillary Cochin is a licensed loan originator in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Mortgage lending is not a job for Hillary, it's a passion! Hillary started her career focusing on the processing side of loan origination. This unique approach helped to equip Hillary with a vast understanding of the mortgage process, programs, and guidelines. Her background allows her to take a consultative approach with her clients to ensure that they leave the process with a firm grasp on the loan process, and together they can choose the best financing for their situation. Hillary also prides herself on an unparalleled commitment to customer service and a strong attention to detail. Hillary's roots were formed in NYC but she now happily resides in Bethesda, MD.
