Ms. Sanz is admitted to practice law in New York and Illinois and is fluent in English (native) and Spanish (native). Her practice focuses on residential real estate in the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs. Prior to practicing Real Estate Law, she practiced in Washington, D.C. and New York, where she specialized in foreign language e-discovery (Spanish, Portuguese, and French) and FCPA internal investigations. Ms. Sanz graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley School of Law, where she was a founding member of the Disaster Relief Legal Association. She graduated with departmental honors from Niagara University, where she earned a degree in Political Science and was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society.
